There is an all texting ban in 44 out of the fifty states, and a ban for novice drivers in four of the other states. Also ther is a ban for shool bus drivers in three of the other states.

The minimal ammount of time your attention is taken away from the road when your texting is 5 seconds, if you're going 55MPH thats the length of a football field without looking up.

When you text there is a higher chance of you getting into an accident then anything else.

If you dial a number it is 2.8x more likely to crash, it is 1.3 more likey to crash and reaching for youe device it is 1..4x more likely to crash. Most people admit to texting and driving in different places, that is 80%. Only 34% out of 82% of people that have cellphones admitted to using their phoone while driving.

77% of people say that they can safely text while drive, but i disagree. I think that nobody in the world is succsesful at texting while driving because driving uses so much of you eyesight, concentration, and body and you cant add your phine in there.
